Loose Diamonds, well known purveyors of
seamless American music, are playing Mrs. Bairds' Main Stage at
The Old Pecan
Street Festival on Saturday, May 3rd at 4:00PM. Loose Diamonds became one
of Austin's most acclaimed, awarded and beloved roots rock bands. Loose
Diamonds took a backseat to the solo careers of its two frontmen, Troy Campbell
& Scrappy Jud Newcomb. Scrappy Jud is a respected producer, guitarist and
singer/songwriter, who continues to push himself and his songs to new heights.
Troy Campbell has emerged as one of Austin's most promising filmmakers
and animators, a sharp mind delving into the spot where music, culture and film
converge, a mover and shaker with a passion for his subjects.

Films. This animated story, told by Texas songwriting legend Ray Wylie
Hubbard, is of a hot Texas music festival, a drunk, a German Shepherd and the
hilarity that ensues upon their meeting. The screenings will be held at the

Troy is scheduled to perform at the
